How Tantepeptide prepares research-use-only products for international shipment, provides tracking support, and reviews delivery or order issues.

Research Use Only: All products are supplied solely for laboratory research use. They are not for human consumption, animal use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or veterinary use. Customers are responsible for confirming that imported research materials are permitted in their destination country.
Track Your Shipment
After your order is prepared and dispatched, we will provide a logistics tracking number by email or through direct customer communication. Tracking may take several hours to update after the carrier first scans the parcel.
Send us your order number, product name, destination country, and any carrier tracking number you received.
You may also check shipment movement through the carrier website, or use a multi-carrier tracking tool such as 17TRACK when the carrier is not known.
Shipping Methods
Shipments may be arranged through DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, postal express, air freight, or suitable regional logistics channels depending on product type, order size, destination country, and current customs conditions.
- Most orders are prepared after payment confirmation and order details are verified.
- Available shipping methods may vary by country and product classification.
- Bulk, OEM, or temperature-sensitive shipments may require additional preparation time.
- Tracking information will be provided when the carrier record is available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping cost is calculated by total box quantity. Final shipping cost will be confirmed during checkout or by our support team before dispatch.
Shipping is billed in 10-box steps: 1-10 boxes are $50, 11-20 boxes are $100, 21-30 boxes are $150, and each additional 10-box step adds $50.

Order Confirmation & Tracking Updates
Once your order is accepted and payment is confirmed, our team will review product availability, packaging requirements, and shipping details. After shipment is created, you will receive the tracking number or shipping confirmation. Carrier tracking updates can be delayed during pickup, customs processing, weekend transfers, or international handoff between logistics partners.
Customs, Duties, and Import Responsibility
International customers are responsible for complying with all import regulations, research material restrictions, customs procedures, taxes, duties, and documentation requirements in their destination country. Tantepeptide may provide product and shipping documentation where available, but we cannot guarantee customs clearance in every jurisdiction.
Packaging Standards
Research products are packed to support stable transit and batch traceability. Depending on product and order type, packaging may include sealed vials, protective wrapping, foam insulation, cold packs, dry ice, moisture protection, and outer shipping cartons. Customers should inspect packages promptly upon delivery.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If tracking has not updated for several business days, if the parcel appears lost, or if the package arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible. Please include:
- Order number
- Tracking number
- Photos of the outer package, label, and damaged items if applicable
- Destination country and delivery address confirmation
- A short explanation of the issue
Our team will review the carrier status and determine whether a replacement, credit, reshipment, or other resolution may be appropriate.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are research materials, returns are limited and may not be accepted once products have shipped, opened, been handled, or left controlled storage conditions. Return or refund requests are reviewed case by case.
We may request photos, batch details, carrier records, and other documentation before approving any replacement, refund, or credit. Shipping fees, payment transfer fees, customs charges, duties, and third-party logistics fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an address is incomplete, incorrect, refused, abandoned, or unavailable for delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. We may not be able to recover packages returned or destroyed by the carrier or customs authority.
